My primary occupation for several years has been the design of courses for online delivery. I work with subject matter experts to develop graduate, undergraduate degree, certificate and diploma courses with pedagogically sound instructional design, engaging learning strategies and appropriate assessments. In addition I provide similar service to non-academic bodies such as private sector companies, associations and certifying professional bodies. This work entails applying principles and improving practices of adult education, online teaching and learning and incorporating a variety of learning theories to obtain desired results while making best use of the eLearning platform.
